Construction Underway on Second Phase

With its slab recently poured, workers have formed and cast the walls for the newest addition of the GarageTown Littleton project. Building 5 consists of 11 units and is the fourth building of seven to be constructed. In addition to housing the site's only pull through unit, Building 5 also contains the very popular L-shaped units. An L-shaped unit is 1200sf and includes two overhead doors. It has 32' of frontage consisting of a 3' pedestrian door, 10' x 14' overhead and a 14' x 14' overhead. The half with the larger overhead door has a depth of 48', while the portion with the man door and the smaller overhead measures 27' deep. Four of the eight L-shape units available are currently reserved.

Within a week or so the slabs for buildings 6 and 7 will be poured. Building 7 features four 58' long units which are the 10' longer than the traditional length.
